- ECIO 2010 (7- 9 April 2010)
Ian White and Richard Penty from the University of Cambridge, Engineering Department are pleased to welcome you to the 15th European Conference on Integrated Optics.
ECIO 2010 will take place in the historic City of Cambridge at the Computer Laboratory, situated in the west of the City - part of the University dedicated to Technology and Physical Sciences.
The aim of ECIO 2010 is to provide a forum where experts from both industrial and academic communities, within integrated optics and nanophotonics, can exchange new ideas and latest findings. For more inforation: www.ecio2010.eu.

- Fotonica Evenement 2010
Het "Fotonica Evenement 2010" will be held on Tuesday 30th of March 2010. It is a platform for knowledge and networks for the photonics industry in the Netherlands. The event will take place in Nieuwegein’s Business Center (NBC) in Nieuwegein.

- MEMPHIS' second seminar
On Friday 25th of September, the MEMPHIS consortium held it's second seminar. At the seminar over 80 MEMPHIS participants presented their, so far achieved, results in the project. It also was the ideal opportunity for MEMPHIS participants to discuss research results with other researchers within the consortium. In the afternoon 5 guest speakers gave their vision on photonic/electronic integration. All work packages competed in a poster presentation of their work. This year the annual poster prize was awarded to work package A5 on Raman Spectroscopy. Click here to see pictures of the event.
